The present website www.coulet-rouge.com is published by Domaine Coulet Rouge, a limited liability farm with capital of €69,150.00, having its registered office at 363 Chemin des Roussens Les bâtiments neufs, 84220 Roussillon, registered in the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 344 591 888.

The GCS apply exclusively to the online sale of Domaine Coulet Rouge products on the website www.coulet-rouge.com, hereinafter referred to as the “site”, which is freely accessible to all Internet users previously accredited by Domaine Coulet Rouge.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the contracts for the on-line sale of Domaine Coulet Rouge products to purchasers having the status of consumers (hereinafter, consumers) and constitute, together with the order form, the contractual documents opposable to the parties, to the exclusion of all other documents, prospectuses, catalogs or photographs of the products which have only an indicative value.

The GCS apply exclusively to products delivered to consumers established in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.

The GCS, as well as all contractual information mentioned on the site, are written in French.

The GCS are made available to consumers on the Domaine Coulet Rouge website via the “General Conditions” hypertext link, where they can be consulted directly; they can also be communicated to them on request by telephone, e-mail or post.

The GCS are enforceable against the consumer, who acknowledges having read and accepted them before placing an order.

The validation of the order by its confirmation implies acceptance by the purchaser of the GCS in force on the day of the order, the conservation and reproduction of which are ensured by Domaine Coulet Rouge in accordance with article 1369-4 of the French Civil Code.

Domaine Coulet Rouge reserves the right to modify its GCS at any time.

In the event of modification of the GCS, these modifications are opposable as from their posting on line and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. The applicable GCS are those in force at the date of the order.

The nullity of a contractual clause does not entail the nullity of the GCS, except in the case of an impulsive and determining clause which led one of the parties to conclude the sales contract.

The temporary or permanent inapplication of one or more clauses of the GCS by Domaine Coulet Rouge does not constitute a waiver on its part of the other clauses of the GCS which continue to produce their effects.

The consumer agrees to be at least 18 years of age on the date of the order.

The products offered for sale in the catalog published on the site are each the subject of a description accessible on the site of the company Domaine Coulet Rouge by clicking on each product, this description mentions the essential characteristics of the product within the meaning of Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

The photographs illustrating the products do not constitute a contractual document.
The products comply with the provisions of current French law relating to personal health and safety, fair trading and consumer protection at the time they were placed on the market.

The sale price of the product is that in force on the day of the order, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
