Bright golden yellow colour, slightly sweet, balanced and fresh. Exotic notes of pineapple and lime. Its natural acidity gives it a crunchy appearance. Tasting is a moment of pure pleasure!
Side: Ideal as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses, desserts and chocolates.

Vine-growing: In compliance with HVE specifications, trellised vines, light ploughing of the land and mechanical hoeing. Grass cover sown with clover; no pesticides or herbicides. Pruning to 2 eyes for a yield limited to around 20 hl/ha (50 hl authorised); careful disbudding and mechanical harvesting.

Cellar

Vinification: Late harvest at the end of October when ripe, de-stemming; light crushing; free-run juice then light pneumatic pressing and gas inerting to ensure good extraction of aromas without oxidation; static cold settling; temperature-controlled fermentation.
Bottling: bottled by us at the estate.
Limited edition: available 75 cl (25.36 fl. oz.)
