Cellar

Vinification: Harvested around September 15th, the grapes are picked at night at balanced ripeness, destemmed, lightly crushed, free-run juice then lightly pneumatically pressed and gas inerted to ensure good extraction of aromas without oxidation; cold static settling; temperature-controlled fermentation.
Bottling: bottled by us at the estate.
Limited edition: available in 75 cl (25.36 fl. oz.).
