Tasting

A bright, light pink colour, the nose releases scents of fresh red fruit (strawberry & raspberry). When aired, the nose becomes more delicate. Generous and full-bodied on the palate, with acidulated red fruit and hints of salt.
Side: Ideal for aperitifs, paella, stuffed vegetables, grilled fish and fruity desserts.
Service: 8 - 10 °C (46-50 °F)

Area: 2.5 hectares
Age of the vines: 25 years old
Altitude: 300 metres
Soil: clay-limestone
Proof: 12 %
Grape variety: 70% Grenache, 30% Marselan
Vine-growing: In compliance with HEV specifications, trellised vines, light ploughing of the land and mechanical hoeing. Natural weeding; no pesticides or herbicides. 2-eye pruning for a yield limited to around 40 hL/ha (50 hL authorised); careful disbudding and mechanical harvesting.

Cellar

Vinification: Harvested at night when moderately ripe, de-stemmed, lightly crushed, free-run juice then lightly pneumatically pressed and gas inerted to ensure good extraction of aromas without oxidation; static cold settling; temperature-controlled fermentation.
Bottling: bottled by us at the estate.
Limited edition: available 75 cl (25.36 fl. oz.).
